Stages of internal work

The project is actively undergoing internal work stages that ensure the functionality, safety and comfort of the building. Elevators have been installed and the installation of elevator frames and buttons is underway. The construction of elevator shafts and plastering works have been completed. The installation of the stairwell has been completed, and at this stage the painting of the railings is underway. The entrances have been plastered and security cameras have been installed. Only the painting of the entrance and ceiling remains. The installation of insulating ramps on the roof is beginning, which increases the energy efficiency of the project.

The works are being carried out according to the planned schedule, in compliance with the highest standards of quality and safety. The installation of elevator frames and buttons is underway, which is an important stage in the completion of the internal infrastructure of the building. In parallel, the installation of fire systems, hoods, and fans is underway, which is an important stage in the improvement of the engineering infrastructure.

The project has completed the laying of stone slabs on the staircase and the installation of railings on the balconies. The project has completed the installation of the gas system and the process of plastering the apartments. Meters have already been installed and the wrapping of central gas pipes has begun. Work is underway to lay tiles on the balconies of the 2nd floor and to cover the steps of the stairs with mosaic stone. In parallel, work is underway to tighten the floor on the 3rd and 4th floors. Also, the installation of Alucobond on the back side of the facade.

Alucobond installation

The project has completed the installation of railings on the balconies, the installation of ventilation and fire systems, and the installation of a gas system in the apartments. At the same time, the floor screeding works have been completed on the 2nd and 7th floors. Also, the installation of Alucobond on the front side of the facade. In parallel, the floor screeding is underway on the 6th floor, the plastering of the apartments on the 4th and 6th floors, and the plastering and cladding of the entrance walls, including the 4th floor.

Travertine stone has been installed on the facade and the installation of aluminum stained glass windows has been completed. Plastering of the walls with isogypsum has been completed up to the 7th floor. Installation of alucobond has been completed on the front side of the facade and has begun on the back side. The central wiring of the building has been completed: sewage, ventilation, water.

Removal of neighborhood partitions and sand-cement plastering was completed. Ventilation and water-sewerage are being connected. On the 7th floor, the hall is plastered with isogypsum. The facade, including the 9th floor, was covered with travertine stone and stained glass windows.
