Aluminum stained glass windows
Plastering works and plastering of the entrance hall have been completed. Installation of Alucobond and travertine cladding are underway on the external facade. Plastering of the apartments on the 2nd floor is underway. Aluminum stained glass windows have been installed on the 9th floor and above. Central wiring of the building has begun: sewage, ventilation, water. |

Neighborhood partitions
Removal of neighborhood partitions and sand-cement plastering was completed. Ventilation and water-sewerage are being connected. On the 7th floor, the hall is plastered with isogypsum. The facade, including the 9th floor, was covered with travertine stone and stained glass windows. |

Internal works
Balconies have been finished. Alukabond was applied to the facade. - On the 1st floor (-3.20 mark) a self-leveling floor was laid. Up to the 8th floor, block piling works of neighborhood walls have been completed. Travertine stone was laid on the facade including the 10th floor. Including the 11th floor, aluminum stained glass windows were installed. |

The roof tile of the 12th floor (+35.28 mark) was poured. Up to the 8th floor, block piling works of neighborhood walls have been completed. Travertine stone was laid on the facade including the 4th floor. Including the 5th floor, aluminum stained glass was inserted and Alucobond was attached. |
